Large deviations in joint central limit theorems for L-function and their application
Shota Inoue (Nagoya University)
Abstract: The independence of L-function is firstly mentioned by Selberg. Later Bombieri and Hejhal established the independence by showing the joint central limit theorem of L-functions on the critical line. In this talk, we discuss the large deviations in the central limit theorem of Bombieri and Hejhal. Our results have some consequences of moments of L-functions. For example, our results lead to an unconditional lower bound of negative moments of the Riemann zeta-function. The speaker presents these results in this talk. This is joint work with Junxian Li (MPIM Bonn)
