 ion is firstly mentioned by Selberg.\nLater Bombieri and Hejhal establishe
 d the independence by showing the joint central limit theorem of L-functio
 ns on the critical line.\nIn this talk\, we discuss the large deviations i
 n the central limit theorem of Bombieri and Hejhal.\nOur results have some
  consequences of moments of L-functions.\nFor example\, our results lead t
 o an unconditional lower bound of negative moments of the Riemann zeta-fun
 ction.\nThe speaker presents these results in this talk. This is joint wor
