HC III: $\text{Cat}_\infty$ and Grothendieck

Abstract: We describe how one may define the (large) $\infty$-category of small $\infty$-categories using simplicial sets and simplicially enriched categories. We then sketch the idea of the Grothendieck-Lurie construction for quasi-categories, and discuss applications.
