Free Actions on Products of Real Projective Spaces

Abstract: We recently proved the homotopy-theoretical version of a conjecture by Cusick from 1983 on free actions of elementary abelian 2-groups on products of real projective spaces. In this talk I will explain the main ideas of the proof after introducing the necessary background.
