Rigid maximally mutable Laurent polynomials

Abstract: I will describe a class of Laurent polynomials which conjecturally corresponds under mirror symmetry to Fano varieties, in any dimension, with mild singularities. This is joint work with Alexander Kasprzyk, Giuseppe Pitton, and Ketil Tveiten.
