The height inequality and applications

Abstract: We shall look at section 7 of Ziyang Gao's summary "Recent Developments of the Uniform Mordell–Lang Conjecture". We shall state the Height Inequality from the paper "Uniformity in Mordell-Lang for curves" by Dimitrov-Gao-Habegger and an application to show a statement similar to the New Gap Principle.
