Abstract: Definition of meromorphic vector bundles with regular connections in dimension one. Meromorphic vector bundles on the punctured disc and monodromy transformations. Statement that two meromorphic vector bundles on the punctured disc with regular connections are isomorphic if and only if they have the same monodromy.
