Cohomology of the Drinfeld tower: a family affair

Abstract: I will report on joint work with Pierre Colmez and Wieslawa Niziol, refining our previous results on the cohomology of the coverings of the Drinfeld half-space for GL_2(Q_p). Here we deal with integral and “family" aspects of the cohomology, as well as the realisation of the p-adic local Langlands correspondence for GL_2(Q_p) for all two-dimensional representations of the absolute Galois group of Q_p. A key role is played by a re-interpretation of Scholze’s functor.
