Conjugacy in Neretin's group

Abstract: We explain when two almost automorphisms of a regular tree are conjugate. Our main focus will be on non-elliptic elements, where we can use strand diagrams introduced by Belk and Matucci to describe conjugacy in Thompson's V. This is joint work with Gil Goffer.
