Abstract: We prove a point to set principle for topological entropy by extending the orbit complexity framework established by Galatolo, Hoyrup, and Rojas. We use this to establish some classical results in dynamical systems relating dimension, entropy, and Lyapunov exponents, and prove several new dimension formulas in the setting of nonuniformly hyperbolic dynamical systems.
