Abstract: In this talk I'll discuss two works I've been involved in (one with former students Hamed Mousavi and Maxie Schmidt, and the other with Thomas Bloom) and producing integers n most of whose digits are small in several bases simultaneously. This turned out to be related to a conjecture of R. L. Graham on p-divisibility of central binomial coefficients.
