Abstract: We discuss recent quasipolynomial bounds for the corners theorem. We will zoom in on the application of graph counting lemmas in this arithmetic problem and explain how variations of densification (as developed by Conlon, Fox and Zhao) appear in our work. Based on joint work with Michael Jaber, Yang P Liu, Shachar Lovett and Anthony Ostuni.
