Energy conservation of Euler solutions via sparseness

Abstract: A friendly introduction to new tools we use to study energy conservation of solutions to Euler equations of fluid dynamics. In particular, we develop sparse decompositions and extrapolation techniques. The talk is based on joint work with M. Milman.
