Abstract: Let $(X, L)$ be a polarized variety over a non-archimedean field K. In this talk I will explain how to define a notion of semi-positive metric on L on the Berkovich analytification $X^{\text{an}}$ of $X$, and how to define the non-archimedean Monge-Ampère measure associated to such a metric. If time permits I will explain how the non-archimedean Monge-Ampère operator can be related to the real MA operator on skeleta in some examples.
