Abstract: We review vacuum stability criteria in supersymmetric models and describe a fast and efficient method to study these constraints. Explicitly in the MSSM, we arrive from general considerations to a dedicated analysis of the vacuum stability landscape in phenomenologically favoured benchmark scenarios. Such a study allows to search for stable configurations in the extended benchmark plane and classify the allowed regions from a vacuum lifetime perspective.
