Abstract: We discuss time evolution of nonlinear random and quasi-periodic systems and elaborate on their similarities. Examples of such systems include the nonlinear random and the nonlinear quasi-periodic Schr\"odinger equations on the lattice. These problems are related to and are partly motivated by many body localization.
