Torsion line bundles and branes on the Hitchin system

Abstract: The locus of the Higgs moduli space fixed under tensorization by a torsion line bundle a key role in the work of Hausel and Thaddeus on topological mirror symmetry. We shall describe the behavior under mirror symmetry of this fixed locus.
