Duality manifest approach for double copy

Abstract: I will present a generalization of the conventional Kerr-Schild(KS) formalism, a powerful tool for constructing exact solutions in general relativity, to the double field theory(DFT), exceptional field theory (ExFT) and supergravities. First, a universal structure of the KS ansatz for the generalized metric for DFT and ExFT will be introduced. I’ll show that their equations motion reduce to linear partial differential equations. Based on this formalism, I’ll discuss the exact double copy map, which represents solutions of the supergravity equations in terms of solutions of the Maxwell equation.
