Tautological classes of matroids

Abstract: We introduce a new way of geometrically studying matroids that unifies, recovers, and extends several recent developments in the interaction between matroid theory and algebraic geometry. Joint work with Andrew Berget, Hunter Spink, and Dennis Tseng.
