Free curves obtained from a pencil of algebraic curves

Abstract: An algebraic curve of the projective plane is free if its module of tangent vectors fields is free, in other words, if it is generated globally by two tangent vector fields. Being given two algebraic curves without common component I propose a new method to produce free curves and a theorem explaining why they are free.
