Abstract: CONDUCTED ANALYSIS OF NCCHR MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY RESULTS FROM 1,205 PARTICIPANTS ● DATA COLLECTED BETWEEN JUNE - JULY 2023 ● REMOVED LOW-QUALITY RESPONDENT DATA ● 14% of total survey respondents were not aware of Civil & Human Rights attractions ● 56% of total survey respondents were not aware of NCCHR ● 57% of total respondents expressed interest in Civil & Human Rights attractions ● Only 44% of which expressed specific interest in visiting NCCHR ● 88% of total survey respondents listed at least one barrier as a reason for not visiting NCCHR ● Made several recommendations for achieving 150,000 new visitors
