Comments: Abstract: Vorst conjectured that an affine algebra over a field is regular if and only if its K-theory is $\mathbb{A}^1$-homotopy invariant. In the talk I will explain how to approach this conjecture and I will discuss the role of resolution of singularity in the proof.
