Abstract: We discuss the use of operator algebra techniques and some basic representation theory in constructing and implementing an quantum error correction scheme for the fully correlated channels on $n$-qubits with error operators of the form $W\otimes \cdots \otimes W$, the Kronecker product of $n$ copies of $2\times 2$ (special) unitary matrix $W$.
