Verlinde formulas in Betti Geometric Langlands

Abstract: I will discuss recent progress in "gluing" automorphic categories of sheaves found in arxiv:2003.11477 and joint work with Zhiwei Yun. Roughly speaking, the geometry involves the wonderful compactification/Vinberg degeneration of loop groups. I will focus on the case of curves of genus one and its relation to the Drinfeld cocenter/topological Hochschild homology category of the affine Hecke category.
