Perfectoid Shimura Varieties of Exceptional Type

Abstract: I will discuss a group-theoretic approach to canonical subgroups using prismatic Dieudonné theory, and its application to proving perfectoidness of minimally compactified Shimura varieties at infinite level, including those of exceptional type for sufficiently large primes.
