Gravitational Instantons, Weyl Curvature, and Conformally Kahler Geometry

Abstract: This talk will describe my recent joint work with Olivier Biquard and Paul Gauduchon on ALF Ricci-flat Riemannian 4-manifolds that are not hyper-Kahler. Our main result largely characterizes the known solutions in terms of an open, purely Riemannian curvature condition.
