 4.\n\nAbstract\nIn this talk I will focus on the subobject structures of s
 ome categories and use this to show how proofs that are valid for separabl
 e (second countable) objects can be extended to non-separable objects in t
 he categories that I work in\; primarily the category of (not-necessarily 
 unital) C*-algebras and the category of Cu-semigroups. \nThese methods are
  frequently used in the paper that I wrote on the characteristics of the n
 ewly introduced property "strict comparison up to small remainder" for Cu-
 semigroups.\n\nI am not sure whether I will give a chalk board presentatio
 n or a beamer presentation.\n
