DESCRIPTION:Title: <a href="https://researchseminars.org/talk/nhetc/121/">
Self-scattering of inflaton during inflation</a>\nby Keisuke Inomata (John
s Hopkins) as part of NHETC Seminar\n\n\nAbstract\nInflationary models pre
dicting a scale-dependent large amplification of the density perturbations
have recently attracted a lot of attention because the amplified perturba
tions can seed a sizable amount of primordial black holes and stochastic b
ackground of gravitational waves. While power spectra in these models are
often computed ignoring the inflaton self-scattering\, the self-scattering
(or loop correction) is generally non-negligible in such inflation models
with large amplification of perturbations. In this talk\, I will highligh
t what changes and remains unchanged by inflaton self-scattering during in
 flation.\nReferences: arXiv:2211.02586\, 2403.04682\, 2403.12811\, 2502.08
