Воно присвя чене спеціальним функціям\, що визначені в термінах представлення дійсних чисел рядами Остроградського–Серпінського– Пірса\, Енгеля\, а також рядами Перрона\, щ о є узагальненням рядів Енгеля\, Люрота\, Сильвестера.\n\nThis is a qualifying seminar organized by Depar tment of Dynamical Systems and Fractal Analysis for public presentation of PhD student's research results obtained in the submitted PhD degree thesi s as well as for discussion of this thesis. The department should give a d etailed report on scientific novelty\, theoretical and practical values of the thesis results.\n\nThis research lies on the border of constructive t heory of functions with locally complicated structure and fractal properti es\, theory of encoding of real numbers by means of infinite alphabet\, me tric and probabilistic number theory and partly touches on dynamical syste ms theory.
