DESCRIPTION:Title: <a href="https://researchseminars.org/talk/VCAS/172/">L
evel and pseudo-Gorenstein binomial edge ideals</a>\nby Rajib Sarkar (TIFR
\, Mumbai\, India) as part of IIT Bombay Virtual Commutative Algebra Semin
ar\n\n\nAbstract\nGorenstein binomial edge ideals have been completely cha
racterized and they are the paths only. There are two interesting generali
zations of Gorenstein rings: level rings and pseudo-Gorenstein rings. In t
he first half\, we will talk about the behavior of the levelness and pseud
o-Gorensteinness on the decomposable graphs and cone graphs. \nIn the next
half\, we will discuss the characterization of Cohen-Macaulay binomial ed
ge ideals of bipartite graphs and then their levelness and pseudo-Gorenste
inness.\nThis talk is based on the joint work with Giancarlo Rinaldo.\n
