">Toward chaos in string scatterings</a>\nby Takuya Yoda (Kyoto U) as part
of Theoretical Physics Seminars (Kentucky)\n\nLecture held in CP 303.\n\n
Abstract\nRecently\, black holes have come to be regarded as chaotic objec
ts. We can expect that the origin of this black hole chaos is attributed t
o some string dynamics from the viewpoint of the black hole-string corresp
ondence. In this talk\, we present our series of studies aimed at identify
ing the string dynamics which give rise to black hole chaos. The contents
are as follows:\n(1) Transient chaos analysis in string scatterings at tre
e level\n(2) Strategies for computing higher genus corrections: non-trivia
l saddles in string scattering amplitudes\n(3) String-like melon diagrams
 exhibiting fractal behavior\n
