DESCRIPTION:Title: <a href="https://researchseminars.org/talk/TorunETDS/3/
">A gentle stroll around the Goldbach's conjecture</a>\nby Olivier Ramaré
(CNRS / Aix Marseille University) as part of Torun ETDS online seminar\n\
n\nAbstract\nThe last years have seen the proof of many results concerning
the prime numbers. In this large audience talk\, we will show how these r
esults are all related to linear equations with prime indeterminates\, and
from then on\, recount the history of the quantitative version of the Gol
dbach conjecture. We will present elements in its favor\, but the most str
iking fact is surely the frailty of such elements.\n
