 rk\, and introduce their asymptotic counterparts. Our \nconstruction is ap
 plicable to any ring. Using the (co)completeness of \nthe category of fini
 tely presented functors\, I will give an explicit \ndescription of the rig
 ht-derived functors of torsion over Artin algebras.\nAll concepts related 
 to functors will be defined and explained.\n
