  conformal field theories in four dimensions are expressed as representati
 ons of the conformal group $SL(2\,\\mathbb H)$\, $\\mathbb H$ being the fi
 eld of quaternions\, on the configuration space of points. The representat
 ions are obtained in terms of Lauricella system\nfor quaternions\, general
 izing the two-dimensional counterpart where the correlation functions pert
 ain to the group $\\mathrm{SL}(2\,\\mathbb C)$.\n
