This approa ch is commonly employed in order to investigate their properties\, such as the behaviour of their energy currents\, though we do not know how accura te it is. I will show that the low-energy properties of the Kitaev honeyco mb lattice model\, such as the shape of Majorana zero modes or the deforma tions of the correlation length\, are faithfully described in terms of Rie mann-Cartan geometry.
