 ch and its realization in holography. We then consider quantum quench in t
 he singlet sector of the c=1 Matrix Model and map out the emergent dual sp
 ace-time. As expected the late time s[ace-time does not contain black hole
 s. Rather\, they generically have space-like regions of large coupling ana
 logous to cosmological singularities.\n
