DESCRIPTION:Title: <a href="https://researchseminars.org/talk/PUHET/13/">C
omments on the Narain ensemble of free CFTs</a>\nby Scott Collier (PCTS) a
s part of Princeton HET seminar\n\n\nAbstract\nI will discuss the spectral
statistics of primary operators in the recently formulated ensemble avera
ge of Narain's family of free boson CFTs\, which provides an explicit (tho
ugh rather exotic) example of an averaged AdS$_3$/CFT$_2$ holographic dual
ity. I will focus on the computation of higher moments of the torus partit
ion function\, and will present an explicit computation of the spectral fo
rm factor of the dual ``U(1) gravity\,'' which can be written in terms of
a suitable analytic continuation of a degree-two Eisenstein series. I will
identify the terms in the sum over ``geometries'' that lead to a late-tim
e plateau in the spectral form factor\, and will demonstrate the absence o
f a linear ramp approaching the plateau from below. If time permits\, I wi
ll also discuss some ongoing work using Narain's family of CFTs as a testi
ng ground for the incorporation of the spectral theory of automorphic form
 s into the two-dimensional conformal bootstrap.\n
