  alterfold theory and quon language to study quantum error corrections. We
  provide a learning-based framework for constructing Variational Graphical
  Quantum Error Correcting (VGQEC) noise-tailored codes. We illustrate this
  framework by constructing explicit codes\, including optimal ones. It is
