  impact of the positive cosmological constant on the interplay between the
  equivalence principle in general relativity\, and the rules of quantum me
 chanics. There is an ambiguity in the definition of a phase of a wave func
 tion measured by inertial and accelerating observes which is  a non-relati
 vistic analogue of the Unruh effect. This will be put in the framework of 
 a non—relativistic limit of twistor space.\n
