  celebrated  Lee-Huang-Yang formula for Bose gases in the Gross-Pitaevskii
  Regime\, which unifies various approaches that have been developed in rec
 ent years. While it is possible to generalize this method in various ways\
 , for example we assume well known bounds on the number of excited particl
 es that could be derived in a self contained way\, we will focus on the si
 mplest possible case in order to highlight the conceptual novelties.\n
