 nition of $\\infty$-operads\, which give a powerful setting for working wi
 th homotopy-coherent algebraic structures\, where the equations of ordinar
 y algebra are replaced by an infinite hierarchy of coherence equivalences.
  In the second talk I will explain some ways to make sense of homotopy-coh
 erently enriched categories using this framework.\n
