 \nAbstract\nIn the first talk I will introduce Lurie's definition of $\\in
 fty$-operads\, which give a powerful setting for working with homotopy-coh
 erent algebraic structures\, where the equations of ordinary algebra are r
 eplaced by an infinite hierarchy of coherence equivalences. In the second 
 talk I will explain some ways to make sense of homotopy-coherently enriche
 d categories using this framework.\n
