 \nLeveraging the correspondences between matroidal entropy functions and V
 OAs discussed in part 1 of the talk\, we characterize the matroidal entrop
 y functions induced by matroids obtained from matroid operations such as d
 eletion\, contraction\, minor\, series and parallel connection and 2-sum. 
 Utilizing these results\, we characterize two classes of matroidal entropy
  functions\, i.e.\, those induced by regular matroids and matroids with th
 e same p-characteristic set as uniform matroid U_{2\,4}\, which are locate
 d on the bottom of the lattice of all matroids ordered by operation of "ta
 king minor". Some further research topics of matroidal entropy functions a
